figures being an emet this would happen : /
I had been noticing that every morning I would feel legitimately sick, which lead to panic attacks. I have a 45 min drive to college every morning and I would stop to dry heave on the way, and sometimes leave lecture to dry heave against my will. This made my emet 100x worse, as I would have to plan my every escape from classrooms and etc. As the month went on, I had diharrea everyday and my now constant nausea was accompanied with heartburn, and the feeling of burning acid coming up my throat whenever my stomach was empty (which was often as i feared to eat anything). i realized that this was not just my emet playing mind games when i was barely eating anything, but steadily gaining a pound or two a week. so, off to the docs i went, and after a blood test was diagnosed with h pylori. I was put onto a prevpac, which is prevacid, biaxin, and 1000 mg of amoxicillin 2x a day.
The combination of this medicine makes me feel just as horrible/worse sometimes though. The other night I was asleep and awoke out of nowhere, certain that I was going to be sick within seconds. I ran to the bathroom only to dry heave on and off for about 20 mins. After my panic attack subsided I went back to sleep. My stomach has been much worse in the morning as well, so i have sort of been half-ass taking the amoxicillin because i can't risk to feel like this all the time : / Idk if the h pylori will still be cured with biaxin alone or what, but there was no liquid he could give me and my mother keeps saying that I'm acting psycho and no one is sick this much. She's a nurse, you think she'd know about h pylori.
anyways, the point of my rant now is that I had a fairly decent dinner (a small chicken breast grinder) and took my medicine, and now my stomach is making tons and tons of noises and i'm not feeling too hot. : / i've got to work 10 - 6 tomorrow and i'm terrified i'm going to be sick tonight ): ):
does anyone on here have h pylori or anything that could be of help?
Thank you all for your support, not sure what i'd do without it (:
