    Default A Quicky Cure?

I'm curious if anyone has completely overcome emetophobia with any one of those "quicky cures" out there.... such as hypnotherapy, tapping, etc.

I have tried them ALL and I'm wondering if it's just me having little success with these things?

No quickie cure worked for me - didn't do a thing. And I tried them all too! Asianeko had good success with 3 hypnotherapy sessions though. But I don't think it was a quickie-cure guy - lol.

Mine wasn't really a quicky cure, since I am still cautious of seeing it around me. However, I went from being afraid to leave my house to being able to do it (SV) and to see it on TV and Film in those 3 sessions.

Edit - The hypnotherapist didn't bill himself as a quicky cure guy. However, he was VERY confident that it would take only 3 sessions, and he was right. His particular technique worked amazing for me, but he did a combination of hypnosis/relaxation as well as a spirit removal thing. As a spiritualist, it was perfect. However, if your personal beliefs would keep from being able to give names and personalities to your individual fears before banishing them, I wouldn't recommend this specific gentleman. If you are okay with that, then by all means, he was amazing! I hear so many people say hypnotherapy didn't work for them. My therapist swore that his spiritual release method was the key that made it work. I wonder if he's right?

No matter what, I'm much better now! If you want to try hypnosis without the huge price tag, try Andrew Johnson's "Deep Sleep" to get you used to relaxation and that lovely feeling of being in a trance state.
