    Lightbulb new here

Hey everyone. I am new to this forum and still trying to learn my way around. I have suffered from emetophobia for 13 years. I used to think it would go away someday, but it only gets worse. I am hoping that reaching out to others who suffer as well may help in my recovery.

I have just recently begun to research this phobia. I never would have imagined so many people suffered from this. I am glad to finally have a place to talk to people who understand what I go through. Every day is a constant battle.
