is this constipation??

Okay so earlier I was having problems with my stomach and I want to know what you think.. it started out I was having bloating and gas then started getting stomach cramps my navel and a little bit underneath it.. I had a normal bowel movement but then progressed to diarrhe my mom says she thinks it's constipation but I'm not sure at the moment I'm having a little bit abdominal discomfort in my lower left part of my intestine so my question is do you think this is a stomach virus or do you think that this is just constipation or irritable bowel syndrome.. I haven't been anywhere but my house so I don't think I could be sick I'm having a really hard time please answer

I don't think it's a virus. It doesn't sound like a virus to me... It could just be something you've eaten not agreeing with you or something. Hope you feel better soon!

Doesn't sound like a virus. Probably not IBS either unless your symptoms are pretty painful. Most likely it's just some indigestion kind of thing.

is it close to your period time? for alot of women there is a "clearing out" right before you start your period that's pretty normal......

It sounds like gas. I don't think it's a virus.
