Yes I have ocd to but mine is that I do things to help with my feeling sick all the time for example I won't go out without mints and chewing gum I carry a bag every where I go. I take a bowl with me to bed every night I count how much food I eat and can't go over a certain amound and I'm the same with cigarettes I smoke! Etc! I am starting cbt soon and I hope that will help! Has anyone got any experience with cbt.
