    Default panickiiingg :(

    hi well first i thik this website is rlly goood for emetophobes. but i am panicking right now because i havent eaten since 11 am and it is now 5 pm and im not hungry! and my stomach feeels weird...couldnt t be nerves? im just scared im never gonna get hungry and that im getting sick my stomach was also making weird noises when i moved it what does this mean v* is my worst fear and i keep getting terrible vivid images in my mind hellp!

    Some days I'm hungry all day long and can't eat enough. Other days I don't feel like eating at all. Neither has a direct correlation to illness.

    find a good distraction and i'm sure you will get past this panic.....do you like video games or sodoku? something that really takes some concentration........

    i, too, can go for several days and never get that "hungry" feeling......but i eat anyways. i find that not eating causes more n than if i do eat.

    hope you feel better soon........pretty sure you are fine....just anxious
