Unhappy Going to Puerto Rico in the morning...hoping I can avoid panic attacks. Any advice?

I'm a nervous wreck right now and I'm nauseous beyond belief. I love how I worry so much about throwing up, then I start feeling nauseous. Does anybody have any advice for me as far as staying calm? I'm so afraid of having a panic attack, throwing up from the flight (even though I've flown 5 times on a plane before and never got sick), catching a stomach bug, or eating something bad in Puerto Rico. Any advice please? Pretty please?

Hey I went to puerto rico at the end of february it was my first flight without my parents I was just with my friend. It was beautiful and I was fine. I felt better than I had in a long time. The food was awesome its hot but windy so it wasnt bad. My dry hands even healed just from being there. This place is wonderful the only thing thst upset me were all the stray dogs. Where are you going to stay? Enjoy this beautiful island
