I'm so scared I'm shaking. Yesterday I had a bad stomach all day cos of a hangover and today I ate and now I feel so sick and belly hurts I keep coughing I have acid reflux aswell which dont help sorry too much info but I'm so scared I don't wanna be sick think I would rather die

I think you will be fine. Did you eat at all yesterday? If not, you're stomach just needs to get used to the food again. If you dont eat the acid reflux will get worse. How are you feeling now?

You'll be fine, don't worry. (: Just calm down. Breathe. The nerves in the panic attack you're having are probably contributing to the nausea. I know, it sucks butt. When this happens to me, I just concentrate on something that usually makes me happy, and focus on that. Do this. Just focus and concentrate, don't think about anything else but that thing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, and don't lock your jaw because this can make the n* worse. Just breathe calmly and deeply, and don't think about benig sick. You're gonna be fine

do as 'secretsinger5' did.. it helped me a lot even though sometimes it gets tough at times you will be okay

thankyou! i ate some pizza yesterday i think it was because of the lack of food i felt so sick as i felt better after i had eaten
