Hello and new

Hi! I just joined this site, in fact, I just learned that I have a real phobia, as I always thought it was "just me" syndrome.
I have 3 children. This phobia started when I was really little, my father and mother are alcholics and my dad was always v, and I developed a fear, a really large horrible fear, and it is effecting my day to day life. Hopefully now that I am aware that it is not just me I can learn some things here.
I have celiac disease and tummy issues, I practially live off of anti nausous pills....

So anyways, hello!

BTW, my husband is really supportive of me, I don't think he understands the depths, but he is caring in this fear/anxiety of mine!

Welcome to the forums!

It's really great to have someone who understands, or at least tries to. I have my boyfriend as well, which makes things a bit easier.

I hope you find as much understanding and support as I have here

Welcome to the forum and I agree with you in the sense that for a long time I also thought it was just me and my own issues with it, turns out theres quite a lot of us actually!

But yeah, I'm glad you found this forum and can look around for help/advice at anytime. Take care
