Default do you share food/drinks with your children?

I am not talking when they are ill, but on normal days. I think everyone's children want a sip of mummy's tea or soda from time to time, or eat off their plate.

I am really picky about it, I do let them, but then I don't drink from that glass, I just give it to them, for fear that they might be getting ill. Or is this stupid?

Sometimes I share food or drinks with my daughter but not all the time. I used to be really hesitant about it but I just kind of don't really think about it as much now.

I do it all the time. Since sv* can't be spread through sharing cups, utensils, etc, there is nothing to worry about.
