headaches for days

im really scared for the past like 4 dasy i have had really bad headache im scared this is something serious or is just im not drinking enough?? ahhh help please rlly scaredd and it decreases appetitie!

Are you ovulating or due for a period? Headache is a common symptom with those two. Or you could be dehydrated so make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Four days isn't long enough to start worrying - if it hasn't gone in over a week, then I'd see the doctor. I'm sure it will pass on its own.
