Thumbs up Little step = one giant leap!

I've not been on here for a while, and the main reason is because i think i'm getting a little better.
Don't get me wrong, i still have really bad anxiety but i've pushed the boat out a little further and i can now go out places which may be a little longer away from home and not have to worry every second of the day and spoil it.

I have a new approach to life - 'we'll come to that when we have to cross that bridge'
    and it's helped me alot!
I celebrated my 18th Birthday on the 16th of this month, and i went out for a meal, something i wouldn't do before and it felt good, doing something i never would have done 4 months prior.

I never thought i'd even take this little step towards being cured! And i'm over the moon i have, just got a few more little steps for to go.

So thank you to everyone who took time to read my queires and answer and give my the advice i needed to make this better.

    Much love to you always!

Glad to hear you're doing so well!
