I've had 3 oral surgeries. The first 2 times I just had laughing gas and a few shots to numb the area, the 3rd time (which was when I got my wisdom teeth out) I actually got put to sleep. I was TERRIFIED that the anesthesia would make me sick, but I was assured that only a small percentage of people have a bad reaction to the anesthesia. I was totally fine after all three surgeries, I'm sure you'll be ok. I didn't take anything to prevent nausea but I know there are things they can give you (patches or pills) to help make sure you don't get sick and to give you peace of mind
