eating something might make you feel better. just remind yourself that even if you did get a little panicky on your trip it didn't make you sick. taking these steps will help you to push through your panic.
i know school is scary......but you can do it...i'm sure you'll have a ton of distractions to keep your mind off emet. if you feel a little panicky see if you can step outside for a few minutes to collect yourself. deep breathing also helps.
i had such great times in high school.....so try and enjoy yourself
