I feel soooooooo nauseous and I just had a bunch of fast food!!! My head hurts and I just really feel like I'm gonna vomit!!

No. I don't. I just think you're gonna feel like crap for a couple hours. it helps to sip water, chew gum, and even take a walk so things digest faster

If I eat crappy processed foods and feel gross, i wait a few hours and have some fruit. It usually helps.

i know it sucks but you might wanna give up fast food, i havent had it in 4 years because I'm so scared. Unless of course you like it so much you can stand the after effects.

I constantly feel sick from eating too much of the wrong types of food. I have never vomited from it. I probably should start eating healthier because I think it is making me very tired!
