Has anyone tried the Emetophobia Recovery System?

Hey! I have the ERS in my room! I got it 2 summers ago, but I never finished the program. I must say it is very helpful and definitely worth ttrying if you're having a really tough time where you wanna give up. It is very relaxing to read the book, and Rich really pinpoints all of the problems associated with emetophobia.

I have tried it...It really wasn't helpful for me...but everyone is different
