    Default Yay!

I would just like to share that after being afraid and trying everything I could not to vomit for 8 years, that I have finally gotten over this fear. Whenever I got sick I would suffer with the nausea and extreme discomfort, it would take hours and sometimes days to finally feel better again.

    Well I have good news.

When I was sick today, I vomited and felt INSTANTLY better. All that nausea and fear was gone. It was unpleasant, don't get me wrong, but I felt SO MUCH better after doing it. It wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be.

I read somewhere that when you're sick and feel nauseous, it's because there's something in your body that your body doesn't want. The nauseous feeling triggers your body to want to vomit, but the GOOD NEWS is after you vomit, that nausea goes away! If you choose not to vomit, your body will still get rid of whatever your body doesn't like, but it will take longer. So no worries either way, the nausea won't last forever.

Good luck to all of you!

Congratulations on being brave enough to let yourself vomit. It's so great to hear that it made someone better after they did it and they you weren't just as scared as before. I wish you all the best of luck and hope that you are done with this phobia for good!

This is so refreshing! I keep telling myself that if I could just vomit, I would be better! I would be so proud of myself and hopefully the fear would leave.. But then I read some people dont get over it when they vomit!

this is inspirational in a way. puts my mind at ease Congratulations
