I honestly expect to throw up at least once a year. The longest I went without throwing up was 7 years (ages 7-14)

You're being pessimistic, Jade. Most people throw up less as they become adults, especially emets. If you can get through 7 of the most puke-intense years without vomiting, I think you stand a good chance of going many years of your life without doing the liquid laugh.
