Default Over the counter calming meds.?

Do they exist? Is there something I can go to Walgreens and buy to help calm me down? I haven't felt good all day and now I'm feeling n* but I'm pretty sure it's just anxiety n* because if I've felt sick since I woke up (around 9:30 A.M) and now it's 5:42 so if I were to v* I would have done it already, right? I also have school tomorrow and I am FREAKING OUT because my anxiety is at its absolute worst when I'm at school and it definitely doesn't help that I don't feel good today because now I'm panicking worry that I'm going to be s* at school tomorrow!!

So I'm a horse person and I know they make calming supplements that you can buy for horses, so is there something like that for people to??? Thanks!

Also I haven't really had an appetite today. I had a few crackers and after those sat well with no d* I had a donut. Then around 3 I had some Ramen noodles. I just tried nibbling on some crackers but I could only get through two and then I started to not feel well again. So that is definitely making the worry worse that I have no appetite!

m not sure if you have one near you, but I know Walmart sells these things called nerve tonic. Its like an OTC calming pill. Ive never taken it, but my boyfriend has, he said it did work but it made him kind of tired/apathetic.

The closest WalMart is 15 minutes away and no one will drive me (because the Super Bowl is on). I have my license but I hate driving because I always get panic attacks while I drive. Especially at night when it's dark. Thank you though! I'll ask my mom to take me to Walgreens tomorrow to see if they have it.

I'm starting to feel a little better. I am sipping water and decided to try the crackers again and they're kind of giving me an appetite and I'm consistently eating the crackers now. My legs are starting to feel weak though. :*

There's something around here called, 'Calms Forte'. I find it actually helps me to relax. Chamomile is actually listed in the ingredients! It's all natural and like everything else in life, it will work for some, but not for others! It's affordable too, like a couple bucks! Worth a shot

I love tea, but I don't drink it on week days (school days) because it gives me d* sometimes so I'm paranoid that it'll happen during school!!

No problem! It's also used as a sleep aid if you have troubles with that as well.

I would research the nerve tonic thing before you take it. Supposively they claim it is from natural ingredients, however I am not sure, like i said I never took it, but my boyfriend did.

Okay, I did my research and Nerve Tonic seems AMAZING, I read a lot of reviews and it was rated 4.7/5 stars, there were no side affects, and a lot of people recommended it. I looked at Calms Forte too, and that one had I think it was 4.2/5, no side affects but it didn't work for some people. I went to my local Walgreens and Jewel and neither had Nerve Tonic but Walgreens did have Calms Forte, so I bought it and I'm going to give it a shot. I PRAY that it works, today at school was absolute hell... panic attack after panic attack after panic attack.

I called my doctor in a panic once, when I was completely out of meds. He told me to take a couple benadryl (Diphenhydramine). It actually seemed to help. Whether or not it was a placebo effect or not, I do not know. It's worth a try though eh?
    Life is a wonderful ride.

benadryl is an anti-emetic as well.

I have this stuff called Bachs Rescue Remedy. I find it works pretty well, no side effects at all and you only need 4 drops under your tongue.
