Thanks so much. I do definitely still get low but that is all part of the very long process of recovering. You owe it to yourself to have a good night. Maybe try to imagine your last few hours on earth (I know it's dramatic, but still... it works for me) and that you'd want to spend them having fun! I hope that your worries begin to fade and that you can go out and have a really good time. If you have a good night or a good shopping trip or whatever, you can try to use that as a model of every moment in life, try and replicate that good mood and energy in everything you do.
