Since i started to get away from my "safe foods," and start to venture out to new foods i realized all foods are okay. Which is good, im not complaining, but now i tend to over eat to a point where i get nervous of how full i am. Plus i don't like to over eat because i don't want to get over weight. I guess the simple solution is to just stop over eating, but i feel like i am free to eat what i want when i want. I wonder will this phase of overeating go away?
