do you feel n*? I have IBS and sometimes I get real bad cramps, it does not happen very often and sometimes the pain from ibs can be very bad. if it's just pain and d* and you know you've eaten stuff that triggers your ibs symptoms it's quite likely that's all it is. try to distract yourself, whatever you think will work best for you as sitting thinking about it is likely to make you more anxious and will make you feel worse. It can't do any harm to try and distract yourself and try to relax a little. could it be anything to do with your period? is your period due? as i know that can make my ibs worse
