I completely understand where you are coming from. for years my parents thought it was a teen phase, that was going to go away and I was just an anxious teen. As it started when i was 12. im now 19 nearly 20 and still have emet. support from your parents is important and they need to understand whats going on. and you need to see a doctor if its severely affecting your weight. Get some therapy I have had 5 therapists and found the best type of therapy is CBT. with use of anti anxiety meds it really helps. I began to not even be worried before bed time and would just go to sleep witch was amazing. I have learned that the more I avoid doing things in relation to the phobia the worse it gets, so try and push your self a tiny bit when it comes to stuff like not using the bathroom and avoiding your boyfriend. its very hard but very effective. hope things get better soon x
