    Default Big mac poisioning?

I haven't been on here in such a long time, but i kinda just need reassuring about something.I ate a big mac around 30 hours ago and it just came on that my body feels kinda weak, my mouth is really watery and my stomach feels a tad werid. My stomach feeling werid could be from anxiety as i hate being sick, but i skill kind of have a appetite.

Think its just my head? Ive been to the bathroom a few times, not to be to detail but its loose but no way diarrhea.

Sorry about the language that might seem rather explicit. ;p

    Cheers

You would have had symptoms by now most likely if you got food poisoning from a big mac; average is around 12 hours after consumption. 30 hours makes it pretty unlikely!

If you still have an appetite I would say it's probably in your head. When I got noro 2 years ago, I couldn't even think about food or put it in my mouth. If you have an appetite, I would not worry!

Try and relax (I know, easier said than done) and distract yourself. Maybe watch a movie, surf the net, text a friend! You can sip some ginger or peppermint tea, that often calms both me and my stomach down. Feel better!
PM me for contact info such as skype, email, or facebook. Thanks!

if youre still hungry- youre prob fine. If you were truly sick the thought of food would make you even worse

I think it is probably just the fast food. Do you eat it a lot? I know that there are a few times after eating fast food, it won't take but a half and hour or so before I am heading to the bathroom with soft BM. There are times where my tummy will be gurgling for a long time after. I think it is just greasy and fast food. I think you are fine. Feel better!

Well my emeotophobia pretty much went away for a year now, just leaving behind anxiety. Emeotophobia being basically anxiety. With the fear going i don't think being sick is as bad as i though it was, its just the though of continuously doing it for like 12hours makes me cringe.

I dont have any ginger ale ,tea or anything peppermint. I think its going now, but my body just feels really weak and mouth is still watery as hell, i suppose its in my head.

I dont eat fast food too often, but this was just a one off..

    Thanks guys!
