i hate that feeling and i get it quite a bit......feels like i will v if i even move. i've found a couple things that help.....drinking a fizzy drink will make me start hiccuping (i'm not a burper) which helps to start relieving it.....also something like tums or any anti gas tablets work....and sometimes just moving around gets all that air moving and then you will pass eat........ive even found that even eating something helps....even though it's the last thing you feel like doing.
