My eldest son is in school, they had the dreaded sickness bug in october (i did not cope with that) luckily my bf was very supportive and dealt with the kids for me, but today my son and his best friend came out of school, his friend was very pale.. his mum said she thought shes going to be dealing with sick tonight =/ she has messaged me and said he has an upset tummy and just keeps going to the toilet, but im now panicing my backside off incase its something else i hate this, any one have tips to help me calm down or to deal with this situation (thats not happened yet)

    Thanks everyone

Hey there, thing is the kid probably won't be contagious even if it's an sv* until he is actually sick with d* or v*. So chances are your son is quite safe from the sv*, just remind him to wash his hands a lot and he should be able to avoid it!

Thank you although i sat on tender hooks for the whole night and didnt sleep well i got through. It looks like the little boy just ate something that upset his tummy slightly as he was right as rain today.
I feel like i am over reacting all the time when this anxious feeling starts when nothing is wrong, i just cant control it, i do try to distract my mind but it the anxiety is to strong and takes over
