It does sound like a virus similar to what I had last week. Wash your hands and have him do the same. We were in a hotel room with one bathroom, and neither of my kids (4 & 7) nor my husband caught it. Try some Tylenol to get his fever down; it won't hurt his stomach and may help him feel better.
