You guys have no idea how hard it was for me. as much as my body wanted to shake i tried so hard to just keep everything under control. my cat right next to me cuddling with me really helped as support as well..

Did I talk to you in that chatroom last night? If so, I hope you can find that comfort again.

I've woken up several times like that too, feeling sick to my stomach in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. It's a good thing that you managed to keep calm! I usually just freak out during those episodes.

Congrats on keeping your cool There have been a few times when I have woken up in the night and thought I was feeling a feeling in my stomach that was worse than it was. I used to just start shaking and feeling dizzy. Once I tell myself "I am just fine" the anxiety goes away after a while and then I realize what I felt wasn't really much of anything and that maybe me being half asleep just made it seem worse than it was.

    Once again, congrats!
