The very first time I got blood drawn, I felt dizzy and like I was going to v****. I didn't, but it was very scary and traumatic. I panicked. Last week, I had to get blood drawn again, and was FREAKING OUT. The nurses held my hand and I layed down and talked about my new favorite show, Breaking Bad. I didn't feel dizzy or n*******. I thought it was because I ate before. Today, I didn't eat anything and had to get blood drawn again. I layed down, was very calm, and didn't feel n******* at all! I'm very proud of myself!

I also had my blood drawn on Friday last week and I had a HUGE phobia of needles. I don't anymore now.
I felt really faint afterwards and nauseous but it only lasted a few minutes. The whole panicing beforehand was a LOT worse than the whole act itself. I'm so glad I had it done, and I'm happy that you had them done too!
