Congrats on keeping your coolThere have been a few times when I have woken up in the night and thought I was feeling a feeling in my stomach that was worse than it was. I used to just start shaking and feeling dizzy. Once I tell myself "I am just fine" the anxiety goes away after a while and then I realize what I felt wasn't really much of anything and that maybe me being half asleep just made it seem worse than it was.
