Everyone else pretty much said the truth - really dry air, particularly in the winter, can cause nosebleeds. If you have a house that puts out what my Mom calls 'forest air', you're more likely to have nosebleeds. If you start to feel something more than just a normal nosebleed though you might just want to ask someone older and get some input from them.
