I am new to this site. I have recently started cbt to help overcome my fear of sick and my anxiety is so bad and my thoughts are so powerful that I can't see me overcoming my fear. I would appreciate any advice to help me through this. I have suffered since I can remember it effects my whole life, I have recently had a baby and feel I need to overcome this for when she gets sick? I also don't feel like I have support from friends or family as its hard for them to understand.
