    Default Too Much Liquids

Does anyone else get uncomfortably full after drinking too much fluids? I tend to have this problem when I drink any kind of soda. Today I had half a cherry coke, half a diet coke, and half a caffeine free coke... I feel very full and bloated. To top it off the soda made me extremely thirsty so I gulped down a water bottle. Now my stomach is super full and I can feel the liquid moving in my belly when I lay or sit. It's a very uncomfortable feeling and I tend to only get it when I drink soda. I barely drink it and this was the first time in weeks that I had this much! What is it about soda that makes the stomach so full? My fiance can drink gallons of diet coke and not feel full at all, but just 3-4 sips makes me feel like I ate a whole meal! Is this normal?

Indubitably. Soda is notorious for that. It's best not to gulp liquids. Sip them instead. Soda is extremely unhealthy for you in general so I would cut back on it if you are able. I need to start practicing what I preach...lawl
I wanna feel the change consume me,
    Feel the outside turning in.
I wanna feel the metamorphosis and
    Cleansing I've endured within
    My shadow

I have this feeling with just about all liquids, anything with caffeine is a little worse. I have to be cautious on both ends, if I don't drink enough I feel dehydrated pretty quick and if I drink lots of fluids (water and water derived, tea, coffee drinks, gatorade, but mostly plain water) I start feeling the fluids slosh around and like I might have reflux or worse! This can be a pretty big problem for me especially at certain times. I don't really know what to do about it.
