for anyone who has had progesterone shots before

I got my first shot on wednesday this week. Since then I have had no energy at all. I literally feel like I did when I was in the first trimester. I don't have alot of nausea. only sometimes and it comes in waves and it's no big deal oh and my butt hurts but thats an obvious . But the fatigue is kinda bothering me. Is it normal to feel tired like this?

Yes, yes, YES! Fatigue was huge when I was taking progesterone - and double or triple that just being pregnant in general! Hang in there, take rest when you can, and stay hydrated. Remember, this is all temporary with an AWESOME reward!!!! ~hugs~

Yes, it does cause fatigue. Ur body will prob get used to it in time and make u less tired. Heat is the remedy for the soreness. Ice b4 the shot and heat after!

Yes! Progeterone made me tired as well. Hang in there!

I definitely felt tired and lazy when I was taking progesterone... mine were a suppository, though. I didn't think much of it, because it was my first pregnancy, and I thought I was supposed to feel so drained. Looking back, the progesterone most likely had something to do with my fatigue! it was definitely worth it!

Oh good. I am glad I am not just losing my mind. About an hour after I got it I started feeling tired then it kept getting worse. Also been having headaches. :/ It will all so be worth it. I am already almost half way there. I cant believe it.
