    Default something I found helpful!

    Ok, this is not an advertisement, honest, lol . I just wanted to share something I found that seems to really help me a lot when I'm not feeling well - N, tummy issues, motion sickness, etc. It's this mint-flavored water, called Metromint (I think there are other similar brands too but that's the one I get), they have different flavours but I like the spearmint and peppermint. It's basically just water and natural flavor, but I find it's great for sipping on when I'm queasy or feeling off. I always used to chew gum for the same purpose, but it's got so many chemicals and is probably not that great for you. With this I just take little sips and it's very refreshing and soothing to my stomach. Strongly recommend checking it out to anyone suffering from tummy troubles!
