Sit her down and talk to her in a non-confrontational and very comforting manner. I don't know how old you are, but if you're still in middle or high school you could always speak with a counselor in private about it. I had to do that with a friend of mine in high school. I'm sure she won't be vomiting in front of you, as people with eating disorders try to make it very private. Here are some links I pulled up that I hope you can find helpful in helping her.
