What are my chances of getting sick? :(

My emetophobia isn't bad at all.. And I'm grateful for that. I can see people v*, hear it, whatever.. It doesn't matter. I just cannot do it myself. It gives me panic attacks. Luckily my emet is getting so much better quickly.. however.. My friend has been v*ing since Friday night.. And this morning I was talking to her at school and she touched me.. She hasn't been v*ing since last night but still! She touched my jacket and my arm. I really can't get sick.. I have a wake, funeral, and work this weekend. And I'm scared.. What are my chances of getting sick?

To be honest, I think you'll be fine! She didn't actually do IT around you. I have spent many days with friends when they announce that they had v* and d* the previous night. It's terrifying but I'm sure you will be fine You already know what to do, make sure you wash your hands, etc. I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about! x
