Default Starting to become desensitized to non-sv* v*.

My girlfriend has Celiac's and has been a bad girl and been eating gluten recently. I posted about it the other night in a panic, but I think I'm starting to react much better to it. She v* she said at least 50 times today. I was at work, but when I came home I gave her Zofran and Gaviscon and put it into her mouth. Yes, into her mouth that she v* out of. And I didn't even wash my hands after. I guess I'm feeling a little proud!

I don't mind non-sv* vomit either, I clean up drunk friends all the time for exampl. You should be proud though, you did someone a favour and put their needs before the phobia! That is awesome

Good job!! 50 times? I hope that's an exaggeration because sounds like she can get some serious dehydration....hope she's well soon.

Well, the thing is she v*'s only bile every time. Gross, I know. But I was on the phone with her while it was happening yelling at her to go to the hospital and get an IV and Zofran and I heard at least 10 times in short time we were on the phone.

If that's what gluten does to her you'd think it wouldn't be worth it to her to cheat on the gluten free diet. That's beside the point though, you should be proud of yourself for putting her needs ahead of emet.

I'm the same way. Working at the orthodontist totally desensitized me to non-contagious v*. I only freak now if someone has something i can catch.
