I think you'll be absolutely fine. It's probably the mix of new medication, alcohol, lack of sleep and maybe a cold coming that is making you feel so rubbish. The fact that you're hungry is a good sign!! Don't deprive your body of food, it will more than likely make you feel betterHave something light to eat, have a glass of water and just relax in bed. Before you know it, you'll be asleep and waking up feeling MUCH better. I've had days like this too and it's nothing a little R&R can't fix
