From what I understand, (and I took a food safety course where there was a hefty chapter on food poisoning, which is no fun if you have emetophobia BTW) If you were getting d* that quick, without v*, then it sounds like the food is already working it's way out of your body. Diner foods aren't the best quality foods to eat, they usually don't even use real eggs while scrambling or making an omelet. So your stomach might just not like the "fake eggs" and cheese. If you have any Emtrol around that will help with nausea. Take deep breaths, drink flat ginger ale, and try to apply pressure on the center of the tendons on your wrist for a good minute, that will help also. It doesn't sound like food poisoning, just your body disagreeing with you a little bit.
