I have had this happen to me as well WHILE PREGNANT! I was so nauseous and I was furious. The person who kept smoking pot lived right above us, and he had a lot of anger issues. To be honest I just called the cops. Well actually my husband did. My husband was tired of it too. The guy eventually got kicked out of his apartment due to getting so angry at 11 at night that he was punching the walls and he was hitting the wall so hard that one of me and my husbands pictures came off the wall and almost hit our premature baby. I wouldn't put up with it anymore. call the landlord and see what they say.
