I'll be the first to admit that my diet isn't the best. I don't eat greasy snack foods such as twinkies, pizza rolls or ultra greasy chips anymore, but that has nothing to do with emetophobia. I realized that I wouldn't be able to eat them forever without consequences. While I do eat some fruits, vegetables and whole grains, I don't eat as many as I should. Also, I LOVE meat, as I eat a lot of it. As for fast food, I'll eat it every once in a while, since some of it is quite good.

There are some foods notorious for making people sick (such as mayonnaise, most seafood, egg salad, and anything from Taco Bell) that I don't like anyway. I wouldn't eat anything from Taco Bell even if you paid me. I've known many people who have gotten sick after eating at the one where I live.
