Mad and scared!

My brother v* in school yesterday and has been in bed since. BUT my parents didn't even tell me he was sick because they knew I'd stress, which is true, but I'm still mad I didnt know because I couldve been extra careful.

They said he only threwup in school and I'm going to believe them...But he was in my room yesterday for a few minutes and at that time I had no clue!

I thought the sv* was done! Now it's in my house and I am SO mad and scared that I'm going to get it!!

How do I NOT catch it?

Simple. Wash hands like normal with soap and keep them out of your mouth. If you use the same bathroom, be extra careful if he got sick in there. You can do this. Try to distract your mind.

T'is true my love. The only way you can avoid it is to be hygiene conscious. Stressing is obviously counterproductive, though easy to do. I meditate in these times, have you ever tried meditating before? It can certainly help put your thoughts back into perspective.

First up, you gotta be patient, sometimes people are gonna take a bit to get to your post. Try not to panic if your post isn't seen STRAIGHT away. it'll be seen eventually.
