    Default Freaking out

Felt fine all day. Shortly after dinner, I started to feel this hungry sensation. It's starting to happen a lot lately shortly after eating. It went away, and about an hour or so ago had a plain waffle. Now this hunger feeling is worse than earlier. I thought I was going to have d but it was regular. Now my anxiety and panic are kicking in.

I took my nightly klonopin so hopefully it will kick in soon. Chewing my ginger gum and drinking peppermint tea.

Im going to ask a dumb question, but that's how us Emets do it...am I going to v?

You do realize Klonopin is hellishly addictive right?

Does not sound like v.. to me. Sounds like digestion, gas, hunger, or you are thirsty. Try to relax.

Yes I do. I have been on Kolonopin for years. My rx is 1/2 mg 2x a day

I have gastritis (I think that's what it's called? I'm Swedish haha, but basically a mild inflammation in the stomach walls) which I have pretty much all the time but I get these "attacks" sometimes when it just gets really really bad. I never really feel n*, just lose my appetite and my stomach is very upset. When this happens I can go from "if I eat now ill probably v*" to feeling like I haven't eaten in a week in like a second. My whole stomach area (like, between the ribs. That area) just burns and I get this "sucking" feeling in my stomach that is really difficult to explain but it feels like my stomach is just trying to suck food in or something haha, like a vacuum! It probably sounds a lot scarier than it is. Anyway, when this happens I usually eat when I get that hungry, and I'll be full after like two bites. Then I get hungry again, same extreme hunger, and I eat a little (I feel so hungry that I literally drag out everything edible from the kitchen hahaha. Not that I ever manage to eat that much) and I'm back to feeling full without barely eating. Maybe this is what you have? If it is, taking some pepto bismol would help. Also eating actually does help because the reason the stomach gets upset is because inflammation + stomach acid with nothing to do = upset stomach. And eating something gives the acid something to do I never ever v* from this. Ever

You are most likely hungry. Maybe you should just graze during the day . Pick as you go. It will keep something small in your belly but not too much. I would get those stupid anxiety belly aches and not know if I was hungry or something else. Snack on crackers or apples, yogurt, cottage cheese. All good tummy foods. Try 500 mg ginger pills. They help a lot.
