Hey, I know how you feel. It's not neccessarily all in your head BUT it doesn't mean it's anything to worry about. A lot of people's digestive systems probably feel different in the evening, after a larger meal etc, but they just ignore the different stomach 'sensation'. We emetophobes do not. We over analyse, and sure enough, nausea is the result. We have to learn that sometimes our stomachs do feel different. But it's usually never a bad thing. Try and watch a movie, or read, do yoga before bed etc. something to take your mind off your stomach. You might just be slightly hungry! Take care
