Starting to think I may have IBS as I'm regularly getting abdominal pain, constipation, loose stools, bloating, nausea, stomach acid, and sensitivity to diary, carbs, alcohol, etc... I've felt unwell in my tummy all week. To be honest my stomach hasn't been right for years, on and off. I'm only 22 but I'm feeling sick in my stomach so often.

This week it's obviously not a bug as I'm eating normally and feel overall ok, and no v*. But I do want to go the doctors. I just hope I don't get told it's all anxiety. I mean I know IBS and anxiety are linked but my physical symptoms are very real.

Another nice day ruined by my phobia. Feel so horrible, physically and emotionally - need some wisdom and reassurance if anyone is out there, please and thank you's in advance!
Just read your reply! I have IBS to and just knowing I suffer from it has helped me a lot with my anxiety. Instead of thinking, "Oh my gosh I must have gotten food poisoning, I am going to be sick!" I can realize now that I likely ate something that upset my IBS and it will be over in a few hours. I would really suggest checking out the FODMOPS diet for IBS. It has helped me immensely! And sure enough, when I eat something off the "bad" list like broccoli or onion I feel sick almost immediately. I printed this out and put it on my fridge for the first few months of learning what not to eat: https://www.google.com/search?q=fodm...F%3B1302%3B728
