This is just a quick post, different from my usual 'I feelsick' panic posts I just wanted to share with you how happy I am because I'vejust come back from V Festival which is a big music festival in the UK. This wassuch a massive deal for me. I had to camp for 4 days, using disgusting toiletsnot being able to wash my hands all weekend, watch drunk people throw up, dodgev* constantly on the pavement and I hadto eat food from vans when I usually find it hard to eat from a properrestaurant, and you know what? I hadsuch an amazing time and am definitely going back next year!
Myemetophobia very nearly made me chicken out of going, but I fought it and am sohappy I did! I just wanted to write this to tell people that no matter how muchyou feel like you can't do something, or how anxious it makes you feel, you cando it!

I'm so glad you went to the festival. I love threads like this - it shows me how much you have improved in one year. Can you imagine how you're going to be next year, and the next and the next? Better and better
