VivaPura, therapy is the best thing. A therapist can help you much more than us (and it won't trigger you as much as this forum). I've done something similar to CBT therapy, and it helped me a lot. I gained weight (much more than I wanted to, but...) and started eating again. I'm very picky about food, yet I try new things every time I can. I think that just this year I tried like, 30 different new foods.

Also, consider finding a psychiatrist. Some say that you can get better without one. I agree, but I say that it will be much faster and without pain if you accept the help meds can offer. Yes, I'm saying that not because I'm on meds, but because without them I would probably have killed myself.

Sorry this is not helpful at all - I'm not good at writing long texts and I'm tired, it's "late" here. And after all, who am I to advice someone? Only an arrogant and hypocrite 15 years old child who is clearly troubled (this is what people think of me).
