Too much of anything can be a bad thing. Yes, STRESS can do a number on your heart if you're not careful. I dont believe in medication when it comes to anxiety..So I suggest you should practice some relaxation methods... Deep breathing, meditation, PRAYING. Do what u can to keep your stress level down. You could develop high blood pressure, and other issues you dont want. I dont want to scare you, but i will be honest with you.
