When people are talking about 'throat nausea' what do they mean? I've seen it mentioned a few times now and I'm probably being really stupid and missing what it is but have googled and it doesn't seem to bring me anything decent haha

I think it's the feeling in the back of your throat that feels like you're about to gag but not like your stomach is about to spasm.
